Construction development of the project on February 22nd, 2022
The Nghia Lo 220kV substation is a built-in Nghia Lo commune, Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province. The substation is built with the installation scale of 01 220kV-250MVA transformer and has a backup location for installation of 220kV-250MVA transformers in the later stage. The 220kV Nghia Lo Transmission line - 500kV Viet Tri substation consists of 2 circuits, about 92.62km in length, with 244 tower positions. The project runs across some districts/towns of Yen Bai and Phu Tho provinces. In this project, PECC1' engineers have been in charge of the following tasks: Consulting in the investigation for preparation Technical Design- Total Cost Estimates, preparation of Construction Drawing Design, Tender document, environmental monitoring during construction stage; Measuring, extracting maps, making records for settlement of land plots for site clearance compensation; Investigation for current status and reserves of forests, completion of dossiers in service of applying for a policy on changing forest usage purposes.

The 220kV Huoi Quang - Nghia Lo T/L consists of 2 circuits, about 103.6 km long with 200 tower positions. The project is built in territories of a number of districts of Son La and Yen Bai provinces. Also in this project, the Investor entrusts PECC1’s engineers to take the following tasks: Consulting for investigation for preparation of Technical Design- Total Cost Estimates, Construction Drawing design, Tender Document, environmental monitoring during the construction phase; Measuring, extracting maps, preparing land plot documents for site clearance compensation; Investigating current status and reserve of forests, completing dossiers in service of applying for a policy on changing forest usage purposes.
Meeting to manage the progress schedule of the projects between the Investor and consultancy and construction units
According to the plan, these projects will be completed and energized in June 2023 in order to transmit capacity from small-scaled hydropower projects in the Northwest region which is developing very fast, contributing to ensuring electricity for the Northern from the hot season in 2023.
