The 220kV Substation of BIM Wind power project has its scale of 01 standby 33/33/220kV-200MVA transformer, 01 second 220kV transformer, comprising of 06 220kV bays for connecting the BIM Wind power project with tentative capacity of 88MW.

In this project, PECC1 has conducted the design consultancy services for preparing Technical Design and Construction Drawing Design with following works:
- Investigation serving for Technical Design and Construction Drawing Design for the Substation and the 220kV transmission line for connection of the BIM Wind power project.
- Technical Design, Construction Drawing Design for the 220kV substation.
- Technical design, Construction Drawing Design for the 220kV connection transmission line with a length of 3km, section of 240mm2 (02 circuits, phase of 1 circuit, line suspension)
- Expansion of D09 feeder at the 220kV Quan The substation.
- Technical Design, Construction Drawing Design for the 35kV underground cable for turbine connection.
- Technical Design, Construction Drawing Design for turbine grounding.
- Construction Drawing Design for areas of the Operation Management House and warehouse.
With high responsibility and experience in carrying out hundreds of substation projects, engineers of PECC1’s Substation Consultancy Center have successfully completed the assignment mission with suitable design solutions and reasonable construction costs. Along with that, PECC1’ engineers always comply with technical standards, specifications and, legal regulations in order to meet requirements of usability, safe and aesthetic conditions and, especially, giving priority to use in-place materials, environmentally friendly materials.
When the project comes into operation, it will supplement power to the National power system, supplying power for the loads in Ninh Thuan province and surrounding areas; strengthening "clean energy sources" according to the Government's directive.
