On January 30th 2015, together with the whole country which is now entering the first days of the New Lunar Year 2015, in the position ready for competition in working to make great and fruitful achievements to welcome big days of the country in the year 2015 and also to welcome the Party Committees at various levels to head to National Representative Meeting of Socialist Party the XII, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 formally organized the Employees Meeting in 2015.
In the last year, thanks to the solidarity and unanimity of the whole company, together with strong development and changes, the Company has reached to a turnover of 541.326 billion Vietnam Dong, 8.3% higher than planning; the before tax profit was 59 billion VND, 11% higher than comparing to that in 2013. Production and business of the company keeps developing, the investment on and construction of Song Bung 5 hydropower project which is owned by the company keep the schedule (by 31/12/2014 it has been completed by 98% of civil work).

The meeting agreed on primary solutions to realize business plan in 2015 of the Company and determined to overcome every potential difficulties, challenges to keep the feet on tasks and development orientation of the Company in the years to come..

Also during the meeting, Mr. Le Minh Ha, the Chairman of Company Director Board, made a speech to direct, appreciate, praise, acknowledge achievements resulted from every competitions in production. He also appreciated the spirit of overcoming difficulties to fulfill the business targets in 2014 by every departments and all of company’s employees. Mr. Chairman also pointed out advantages, disadvantages which may be headed in 2015 and he asked the company’s employees to consolidate, raise the work’s efficiency, share difficulties with the Company to head to a sustainable development of the Company.

The Meeting came to the Employee’s Agreement to show care from Employer who will create favorable conditions for every activities of the Company’s Trade Union to maximize rights and benefits of Employees under the Democratic Regulation of the company so as to amicably solve the relationship between Employer and Employees.
Mr. Nguyen Tai Son, General Director, who represents Employer and Mr. Pham Nguyen Hung, chairman of the Company’s Trade Union, who represents Employees, signed on the Employee’s Agreement.

To end the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Mui launched the competition in 2012 heading to the following targets:
- Fulfill the business target tasks in 2015 which have been mentioned and planned in the company’s plan for business and direction solutions in 2015.
- Raise and enhance the business administrative capability to ensure efficient operation in every aspects pushing up the business culture realization and to raise the company brand name.
