Besides Golden Awards granted for item “Hydropower Plant deployed rapidly of the year”, Son La Hydropower Plant has still received two other awards for item “Hydropower Project of the Year” and item “Power Company of the Year”.
There are two projects such as Son La Hydropower Project (Vietnam) and Hubei Xisainshan Coal Thermal Plant that gained three awards at the same time among 22 awards of Asian Power Awards 2013.
This year there are 34 Asian companies who taking part in the Awards. In items participated by Son La Hydropower Plant for awards, there are 10 companies who also taking part in the Awards.
Criteria are taken by Organization Board as basic for evaluation and award a prize including: innovation- implemented works related to strategy, services or product that are different with other agencies; efficiency- benefit brought to market; self-motivation being strategy, services or this product is flexible with changes and progressive chance,…
At Asian Power Awards 2013, Vietnam has also received awards for item “Coal Project of the Year” for Mong Duong 2 Thermal Power Plant. This Thermal Power Plant has received bronze prize for item “Power Plant deployed rapidly of the Year”.
Being started to organize from 2005, Asian Power Awards is to respects first ranking power companies with the most excellent power projects, the important significant in power industry. Awards receivers are selected on creation, efficiency and self-motivation in projects that they had implemented.
